MY NYC REVIEW PART 4

TIME SQUARE
It’s Thursday, the day of the party and I still don’t have a secure outfit for the party.Marv and I headed to Time Square to get breakfast. I really wanted to eat at Juniors again, but Marv insisted on venturing out. So we took the train to 42nd and Broadway where we hit the street in search of a spot for breakfast. It was approximately 11:00 am so I was searching for some lunch instead. We walked for a couple of blocks before coming to this Diner/Deli. We decided to eat here. I ordered this Nova Scotia Salmon bagel while Marv settled for the normal pancakes. The significance about this bagel is that I’d randomly mention it throughout the trip because it was so freaking good.

After breakfast we met up with my home girl June and she took us to some places to find clothes. We hit up H&M on 34th & Fashion Ave in search of a button up or sweater. I found a really cool black button up that would have went great with this black skinny tie I had back at the hotel. I DID NOT TRY IT ON so I was assuming that XL was my correct size. Bad mistake.

After leaving H&M Marv wanted to go to Soho and look around.
We hopped the train and headed to Soho. By the time I got there the strap on my bag had broke so I was like nigga I’m headed back to the hotel for a drink and some ZZZZzzzzzzz…So we split and I hopped the train back to BROOKLYN !!!
Back at the ranch, I hit the bar for a Sam Adams. I was exhausted from all of this walking and shit. I’m from Georgia which means we drive every fucking where. Forgive my French translation.

FAST FORWARD
So Marv actually walked the Brooklyn Bridge back to the hotel before grabbing a greasy slice of pizza from a street vendor. We started to get our clothes together for that night.
I tried on the button up I purchased from H&M and that shit almost ripped!!! WTF.This totally threw my whole outfit off. I made a quick audible to my GAP button up with my Ralph Lauren bubble vest. I completed the outfit with my matching NIKE Air Stabs.
Let’s GO !!!

NEGRIL VILLAGE
So after completing the interview with Allison, I place my camera equipment back in the hotel then off to W4th St. We took the train to the village where we got off at the W4th stop and walked a block to W3rd to Negril Village. Upon entering the spot I could see that it was a weak crowd for a Thursday night. I hit the bar and ordered my normal Rum Punch. I introduced Marv to his new drink. We sat near the entrance and tried to loosen up for the long night ahead. I walked over and said wassup to a great DJ friend of ours, DJ Music Rocka. He immediately started shouting me out over the mic. More drinks continued to come and before you know it, I’d hit the dance floor by myself. Lol!
He started playing my South shit so the night really started to get interesting. All of a sudden I hear a record come on with my vocals in the intro. It was “ICE CREAM & POLOS” by my artist Bishop City. By this time it was getting closer to eleven o’ clock so we hit the street to grab a Taxi to head to my party at PRIME !!!
TAXI…
