WHO is o8o of White Lightning Records ???

Growing up in South Jersey, it was immediately obvious that Dell “080” Harris was meant for the spotlight. He developed his unique musical style experimenting as a teenager on thrift store turntables and studying the sounds of the Northeast’s underground scene. “080” attended Hampton University for music engineering and competed internationally as the student chair of the audio engineering society. He left HU six credits short of his degree for a job in NYC at the now defunct musical institution Hit Factory. Starting as a minimum wage gofer, he moved his way up to engineer for 7 Aurelius working on such projects as Lil Kim’s “The Naked Truth”. He wrote the song “The Perfect Christmas” for the Charlie Murphy movie “The Perfect Holiday” on the back of a napkin while dishing out hot dogs and smoothies at a family owned snack stand. His discography also includes the songs “Cupid Baby”, “3AM”, and “Atlanta Trick w/DJ Smiles” which receive radio spins in Philly, LA and Atlanta respectively.

With his musical savoir-faire, Dell “080” Harris’ creates hot beats and smooth lyrics that resonate from the hardest parts of the city to the softest parts of the suburbs. His current band TKatz (formally known as Thunderkatz) is signed with Irv “Lorenzo” Gotti of The Inc Records/Universal. This multi-talented singer, producer and musician is now bringing his skills to television and acting. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, vocalist and model Stephanie Styl.
